Terms Of Service

 

 

General Info:

• More complex characters will add extra fees

• I have the right to refuse a commission

  • I will NOT draw the following:

    • NSFW - this includes any fetishes/erotic/sexual elements.

    • Mechs/Machinery

    • Extreme gore

    • Explicit concepts

    • Anything sexist, overly violent, racist, or otherwise derogatory towards anyone or any group

 Payment:

• All payment is through Square or PayPal. Other forms of payment will only be available under special circumstances and through social media.

• My prices are in USD - please convert your currency if needed! I do NOT accept any other currency!

• Payment is required upfront for art pieces. Fursuits require a 50% minimum deposit and the rest can be paid via a prearranged payment plan.

Refunds:

• Art:

  • No refunds will be issued after the sketch is approved. 

  • A 50% refund can be issued after the sketch is completed.

• Fursuits

  • Refunds will vary based on project completion.​

  • If no materials have been ordered the client may receive a full refund. 

  • If materials have been ordered, but no progress has been completed, the client will receive a full refund minus the material costs.

References:

• Please give a clear and easy-to-understand reference sheet of your character (NO SHADING). If commissioning a portrait of a person/pet, please provide lots of images for a clear understanding.

• If you do not have a clear reference or a reference at all, please be as descriptive as possible so I can get your commission correct.

Process:

• Art commission completion time ranges from 2-3 months. Some orders may take longer due to circumstances/complexity.

• Fursuit commissions range from 3-6 months from full payment. 

• I will post progress pictures on my social media unless requested

• I will send progress pictures through email or PMs/DMs.

• I will post the finished artwork on my social media(s) unless requested

• Finished art commissions will be emailed to you as PNGs. Other file formats may be requested

• All artwork will be watermarked upon completion. If requested, an unwatermarked version can be sent to you and ONLY you. All commissions completed by me belong to both you and me. If you post my commission, please give credit to me.

Commercial Rights:

• You may not resell my art for a profit. My art is under my copyright and therefore can not be sold unless by me.

• If commissioning something for commercial use (e.g. logo, t-shirts) extra fees will apply.​​

Shipping (where applicable):​

• Only traditional pieces and fursuits or accessories will be shipped

• To ship a piece I require the following information:

  • Shipping address

  • Zip code

  • Shipping name

• Shipping is not included in the initial price unless otherwise stated. I will send you a quote that must be paid before I ship your piece.
